Use a written scope
List labor, materials, product pickup, disposal, access, cleanup, timing, payment terms, and excluded work. The qualification estimate in the request form is not a quote.
Agree on changes before proceeding
Unexpected conditions and additional tasks should be described and authorized before work expands. Retain invoices, product documentation, and warranty terms.
